Re: Offroading as a sport : Fun Unlimited !!

There will be a section about convoy discipline, obeying marshals, the fact that it is a fun activity not a race, the red mist syndrome.

You all would understand over these twenty years of offroading, purely on personal experience I have come across so many situations of this nature.

Egos, clashes, habits, perception, white skin vs Asian, the french, Hyundai Gallopers, Landrover discoveries with british Crew fron yorkshire itself, Mig pilots Vs Mirage instructors, Canadian polish immigrants, you name it all and of course our own desi desparados out in the desert.

In general the perception of the organized off road events was that leave everything to the event managers and marshals while I can afford to leave my brains behind on the coffee table.

Solutions and leadership initiatives often come here with personal sacrifices, inclusion and creation of leadership delegation at various levels.
