Tata safari front hub noise at 4H only

This is an interesting topic. But I had also driven my safari at 4H at 140 kmph in Bangalore Tumkur highway (that time I was not aware of any technical details). 6 years and it is still running fine with no issues.

Hey Guys, need help as the 4*4 hub of my Safari was making a noise and when opened up it was found that one of the locking washers was broken into two pieces ( I believe there are two washers for unlocking and locking the Auto Locking hubs.

Now the question is that the Autolinks dealer at Gurgaon is not able to source the smaller washer as they are not able to find out the part number. I am really surprised that they are not able to find the part anywhere in Gurgaon.

Can any member in NCR guide me where can I find the washer ..
