UBS featured in Autocar

Dear Friends
This morning I read the four-page article on Mr U.B. Singh and his magnificent obsession with Jeeps in the current Autocar magazine. I think the story could have been better written and the display could definitely be much better (instead of being tucked away in the back pages among various ads).
But anyway. Something is better than nothing. Congrats UBS-ji.
His collection is fascinating to say the least. I regret that despite being within 30 km from his "museum" I have still not been able to make it.
Regards
Sudipto

UBS deserves to be mentioned in a national automobile magazine to give credit to what he has done.

i would like to see him honoured by some automobile associations of india.

I was wondering about the deathly hush!

Actually, it was a bumper issue for the off-roading and 4x4 enthusiast. Apart from the bland article on UBS, there is a comparative review of six SUVs, three 'upper-end' and three 'lower-end', and a road test of the Mitsubishi Outlander.

Hmm. And I'm about the same distance. Maybe we can go beard the lion in his den together?

If you are into Jeeping and do not know 'Uday Bhan Singh the great', not possible. He is so helpful, kind, friendly and I have great respect for him. He is more active on jeepthrills.in I guess.

If you are on www.orkut.com too, pls do check more details on the following community...

orkut -

He is quite active on Orkut too.
