hi male dude,

welcome to Tbhp and thank you for the lovely beauties you have posted. looking forward to see more contribution from all of you in terms of photos and experiences.

on my trip to lahore to Atlas honda factory in 1999, i saw few wranglers on lahore roads and FJs too.

i was wondering if our two countries allow export/import of vehicles into and from each other's countries!

i know both countries have restricted items list, only those items mentioned in the list can be traded, if anyone from this forum highlight further on this question.

few of my pakistani friends were amazed to see the pricing of mehrans, mergallas on the indian side which were cheaper than pakistani pricing.

so again the question is : since cars are cheaper in india than in pakistan and some imported cars are available in pakistan in 2nd hand used car market.....can we trade in cars?

cheers:cheers.

Nice pictures male-dude001. I am a Ford GPW/Willys MB enthusiast too .
You can see pics of my '42 Ford GPW with its Bantam Trailer in 'my garage'. Is that the first aid box bracket between the seats?. The original placement of it is behind the dashboard. The Red Jeep pick up also seems interesting. Please post pictures of it. All the best with your jeeps.

@dussy

Thanx for your kind comments.
Yeah thats a first aid bracket. Its Orignal position is behind the dash board but thats in 1943 model. Mine is 1942 thats why i repositioned the first aid bracket.

Great pics Hasan. Your pickup is drool worthy.

I was wondering about the availability of the parts of these machines in Pakistan. Are they easily available or does one have to scavenge for parts in the Scrap or "Chor" Bazars there too.

It would be really interesting to know a little details about your Jeeps. How you acquired them, what changes and modifications you have made from the original for daily driveability etc.

Please also tell us about the 4X4 scene in your country.
Thanks
