Most of the Jeeps have that kind of sloping roof. If you chop off the bars, the heads of the passengers in the rear seats will keep hitting the roof and it is mighty annoying. I suggest leave it as it is.

Jassy good pics & good to see finally the project is coming to an end.

Are you going to make any changes as suggested by some of the fellow Bhpians here ?

I was more interested in the height of the Jeep. I take is you have Independent suspension as opposed to springs aka Pata suspension.
Will you increase the height and if so how ?

BTW which auction did Paji buy the enfield from.

Does he have a big collection of cars & bikes of his own.

Take care.

Cheers

I'll increase the height of the Jeep for sure but theres something I have to sort out.. I am searching for 10j alloys which will make my tyres come out of the body.. I am not able to find those anywhere and I have to find them in this week itself..

BTW paaji bought the bike from military auction..

He is very passionate about cars and I don't understand which all cars he has.. Last month he was using Mercedes before that Gypsy, this month Jeep..
His collection is amazing..

The finished jeep has come out very well Jassy! Especially like the embossed Jeep logo on the side.
Allana13 mentioned that you changed to IFS? Must have been quite an effort!

A body lift would do wonders to this Jeep!
I know you spent a lot on the paint and all that but a mud splattered pic of this jeep very soon would be something I'd look forward to!

Cheers,
Adi

Sorry but my Jeep doesn't have IFS.. Those are stock leaf springs.. I'd go for Shackles to lift the Jeep but first I wanna drive and see whether there are anymore changes to be done in the suspensions..

And ya a mud splattered pic will soon come..

Technical issues of a Ferrari being tackled in a local garage! If TOTO paaji really solved the issues, Hats Off to him, please convey my regards and respect to TOTO paaji, I own different makes of cars and have seen dealers mess up the brand they have dealership for. Guys like TOTO paaji make you feel proud.

Regarding the Jeep, to be honest didn't like it in earlier pictures but the pictures today have brought out the Beauty of the Beast. It is looking amazing. please do justice to your jeep and post some more high resolution pictures from different angles. Would love to see this Monster engaged in some true offroading.

My Hearty congratulations to you and TOTO paaji for bringing out this Monster from its Slumber.

That would be a sane thing to do.Drive for sometime and then decide.

. A little more lift to the Jeep would add wonders to its existing killer look and increase its off roading capability by miles.
