My new FWH are not working fine. The right side is stuck and not moving at all. Removed it cleaned with diesel and refitted . but no avail. Looks like the front moving part is slightly bend . My 3500 odd bucks gone up in smoke :-( . Have to check for a new one now.

Guys I have a small problem. I feel that the idling speed of my Jeep is a little high. But the adjustment screw is in the maximum limit or low idling. So what can be the problem. Can we still adjust the idling of the jeep . If yes then how.

Babu

See if the throttle cable is too tight and binding on the throttle clamp. Dont go by the pedal play - doesnt matter in a old jeep. See if the clamp can get any more play/loose by opening up the screw that holds it in place. If all fails - go to a MICO pump repair shop and check for timing advance/retard.
