The address field issue is still not resolved. Not able to check out. Please check screenshot. It shouldn't be this difficult :)

Hi Gigatech2006,
We'll be moving to a different store software soon. It should fix this.
A quick workaround is to select "New address..." from the dropdown.
(Then ofcourse ensure each address line isn't longer than 36 characters).
That should work.

Mods: My friends ordered 2 set of keychains and it was supposed to be delivered on the 6th when she was leaving to the US. One call and the shipment was sped up and delivered the next day. Great service! Amazing and i will post the pic of the keychain on my ducati as soon as my friend gives it to me.
On a side note is there a margin issue of getting it on flipkart. I know the costs and margin would be low.

Now I'm tempted to give this another shot. Sadly my first attempt at ordering the key chains met a very sad end with the dtdc guys claiming that we have delivered the courier and me receiving nothing!
A couple of visits to their office and numerous emails later, I simply gave up. But the thought of my courier landing in the same office isn't inspiring any confidence to try again :Frustrati

Did you email the TBHP Store? Please do dig up your order email and reply to that with all the details. We'll ensure the package you paid for gets to you.

Absolutely. We've stopped using DTDC entirely. 95+% of our orders are now shipped via FedEx, and the balance (where there is no FedEx coverage) are sent by SpeedPost.

Currently, the providers are FedEx and Speedpost. So it is unlikely to go to DTDC office

I've just ordered a mixed keychain set. However, I was unable to get the store website loaded via my home MTNL WiFi connection and used my university WiFi for ordering.
Great set of key chains and super value for the price offered. Looks great and seems durable too. Great job guys, keep up the good work!
Well, this is strange. I never received the package, but got a mail from the store saying 'delivered'. No info on when it was delivered and who it was delivered to. Any pointers?

Sorry - that's some sort of bug on our shipping provider's side of things :Frustrati
If you select the tracking number and put it in to google, it will take you to the FedEx tracking page - which will show you the accurate package tracking & expected delivery date.
Sorry for the false alarm.

Got the set of got bhp key chains today :) Found it very hard to insert keys though.

Received my mixed set of keychains today :)
Although, the finishing of the keychain of the 'got bhp?' one is not upto the mark. See pictures below.
Already have a set of the LTD ones, ordered a set of 'got bhp?' ones right now. The design looks great!
