Ever since I started using this forum, there's simply NO BETTER resource for anything Automobiles.
Ohh, don't get me started on those wonderful Travelogues... lol:

There are some (tough) questions asked to get in and tough evaluations of your answers. Once you get in, you realize that the forum has got good crisp well-written content. That's why there is so much scrutiny before you get your membership- and it should continue that way.

The power of the community was displayed recently when we had an 'issue' with Ford.

Don't you think the title is a bit too extreme? I completely agree that advertising is a strict NO-NO.

Love them or hate them, the forum will not exist without the auto-makers.

p.s. The forum has got more than just auto and travel advice.

Want a new gadget? Considering getting your SO a watch for your wedding anniversary? Need to remodel your home? Team-BHP has answers to all that. If there isn't, there's always a BHPian who'll help you.

Most of the projects dilute their purpose and integrity for commercial gains as they grow. Team BHP is doing the opposite and it's a wonderful thing. More power to you guys!!

And these are just the things that come from the top of my head, am sure there are so many more. Team-BHP is not just about automobiles, it has taught me a lot more. Way to go and keep up the good work!!! clap:

Thanks guys!

Love for cars, war with any brand that tries to mess with our content. We have had probably 50 wars publicly on the forum, and I've had perhaps 500 wars offline defending our content and its authenticity.

I would change that to "the forum will not exist without the cars". We are dependent on the auto makers for nothing. Neither do they pay our bills (as we've blocked car ads), nor are we dependent on them for media cars (we are fully capable of sourcing them ourselves).

Here's the original pic used in the article. With my two favourite steeds...

A well deserved appreciation. We have a whatsapp group for cars and yesterday some one asked about the Marazzo. I was going through some online video reviews about the Marazzo vs the Hexa and it was evident that in most cases the reviews were biased. In the whatsapp group I mentioned the same and told that except TBHP all other reviews have some or the other bias and also the reason behind the same. This article just reinstates that faith. If I need to find a totally unbiased view about a car then TBHP is where I would go without a thought.

Wow! A big salute to the passion and dedication to build something as special and unique as Team-BHP, to sustain it and to get it to where it has got today. Feel privileged and proud to be a part this group. Keep it up :thumbs up

Wonderful to see Mainstream Media acknowledging what Team BHP has achieved. Congrats Rush and the other Mods, and every member of this wonderful community.

That is a wonderful picture. Standing tall. :thumbs upcpics:

GTO, other founding members, and our tireless and dedicated Moderators - a big congratulations. Nice to see mainline print media recognizing Team BHP and all your hard work. Proud to be a part of this forum.

clap:clap: A well deserving article. TBHP is now my first pit stop for almost anything - such is the diversity of the threads and the quality of the posts.

We are what we are because of the rules and I am proud to be a part of a forum who's integrity is unquestionable - a very rare trait nowadays.

A special congratulation to GTO and the mods - for the selfless efforts you guys put in to keep the forum ship shape.

Wonderful! An endorsement from our rival print media goes a long way!

Proud to have been part of the furniture from the start!

COngrats GTO and team!
The forum goes from strength to strength. Two things that sets this forum apart are
1) The amount of high quality information that some of the members contribute in a eclectic variety of subjects (even non car/bike related)
2) The level of effort that is put into moderation of the threads. I am sure this is not an easy task, given the number of new posts everyday.

Many congratulations to t-BHP on this achievement. I generally don't feel like reading the BE supplement on Wednesdays, but today's supplement seemed like an 'auto' special. And the icing on the cake was the t-BHP article on the 2nd page.

Proud to be a part of this community. Keep it up guys :thumbs up

Wonderfully written, congratulations! I think the Ford episode was one of the shining instances where the real power of the community made it's mark. I'm sure Ford would think twice about doing the same again :thumbs up

BTW, the article says:

...but there can be no participation from auto firms...

Is that true? I remember the Skoda threads where a company representative was defending Skoda and narrating their side of the story?
