The following is a pictorial guide on how to create a new thread on Team-BHP.

Important: Please perform a thorough SEARCH to ensure that a thread on the same topic doesn't already exist.

1. Choose an appropriate forum category (from the Forum home page) in which you wish to start a new thread. Example, The Indian Car Scene:




2. Once you are in the desired category, look for the "New Topic" button on the top left corner of the page. Click on it:




3. Once the New Thread page is open, give your proposed thread a suitable title. Then, you can enter the thread matter in the text box below. Use the menu above the text box to format as per your requirements (optional). Additionally, you can add smilies to your post from the menu on the right. Do note that a maximum of two smilies are allowed per post:




4. If you wish, you may choose a thread icon from the "icon menu" (optional). Click the "Submit New Thread" button to post your thread on the forum:
