What to expect:

• Excellent body work and paint job. Seen cars of all sizes in their garage, starting from Mercs to 800.
• Complete service (including engine work) for Daewoo and Maruti cars. Not too sure if they does for others, but these two for sure.
• General service for all other brands
• Car wash, polish and modifications, as required.

What I like:

• I am going to BMW for the last 8 years. My Matiz speaks about their work.
• Absolute honesty and 100% reliability. If they are competent to fix something they are upfront and quite frank about it.
• Commitment to service and on-time delivery

What I don't like:

• None in particular.

Pricing:

• Quite reasonable when compared to the dealer service centers.

All of you who have used the services of BMW, I have 2 questions-

1. Need to work on the suspension of my M800 which has got too weak. Does BMW do suspensions?
2. Have any one of you used their services recently since most of the posts are of some time ago and if so how is their service quality nowadays?

I had posted the same question to Automechs as well. Just want to get to know more options before choosing

I had posted the same question to Automechs as well. Just want to get to know more options before choosing

BMW does most things under automotive repair so suspension should not be an issue. However, I and my family have not had suspensions done.
That being said, we continue to use the services of BMW regularly and Santosh remains a reliable and honest person.

Do these guys take care of Hyundai vehicles as well ?

Need an expert to look at my suspension & ignition issues ? HASS has proved to be useless so far.

Got my Linea back from this place today after having given it for some bodywork due to damages caused by a two wheeler on 2nd. The polish-work is well done.

My experience with this place has been good. Some faults made by earlier body repairs elsewhere were pointed out to me. Pricing is decent too.

I left my Getz at this place for a paid service today. I've also asked for tar removal from the body and wheels.

@somitra1981: Call up Santosh (the number in the OP works) and speak to him, he'll tell you what he can and can't do.
