Good to know. Could you let me know the exact amount in Rupees that you ended up paying. What about customs? How many days does Aliexpress take for delivery generally. Also I almost made up my mind for the Viofo 119 but keep getting confused if I should buy the 119S instead. |

It was 97.2 dollars. Translated to 6330rs for that day's rupee value. This price includes everything. There was a 11$ customs entry on the box though. It was held there for two days according to the tracking details. I have no idea what and how the 11$ is and guess its included in the price that's visible on Aliexpress. Had ordered it on March 30th. Got it yesterday, on 14th. Coming to a119 or a119s, if you are buying for the first time, go for the a119. You get a good deal. Both gps and lens filter included at that price. In future, you could use it as a rear camera and buy a wifi one for the front if you wish to upgrade! |

Thanks for writing in about the DVR. I was curious to research on this topic of finding the best DVR available - I guess I found hidden treasure in this thread. After reading the thread, I am also thinking of making a choice of buying A119. The price today is 127 Dollars with GPS, CPL and a 32 GB SD card. I guess I missed their anniversary deal. Any suggestions if I should wait for their price to come down or should I just go ahead and buy it? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free...etail2pcDetail Thanks |

Do they tell you how long you can record with the 32GB card? On my DP220 I can record about 8 hours of video with a 64GB card (best video quality option). If your chosen model's performance is similar this card might barely manage a single day's commute in Bangalore. :-) For my long drives I now keep 2 SD cards. |

Soon I am expecting delivery of my new Viofo 118c. When we poweroff ignition, how long the capacitor provide backup to the camera? Can camera remain on for 1 minute or two after power off? If not, can the capacitor be upgraded for have more power backup? I wish to have a minute or two of power backup in order to keep recording when I get out of car. Possible with 118C? |

As soon as you switch off, the device shuts down. It has no batteries. Capacitors can store very little charge and only for a few seconds. And in those last few seconds, the LED glows, that's it! That is, as long as the residual charge remains! No idea about upgrading the capacitors. But, am sure it won't be worth it as i highly doubt it could function properly for more than a minute. If so, viofo would already have had them! Why not use a power-bank? That way, when you switch off ignition, all you have to do is switch the source and you can have it run in parking mode (motion detection). |

It lasts for 7 to 8 hours straight and can easily be used when parked, with motion sensors on. Sorry for the poor quality images! |

Is this original? It doesn't have movable camera head. You can find in the below URL where it shows camera can be adjusted in 4 ways for Viofo A119 model. https://www.amazon.com/Viofo-A119-14.../dp/B01HVWNFF6 |

But in the picture, it looks like fixed camera. It doesn't seem to have vertical adjustment. |
