Skoda Laura: Speaker or Headunit Upgrade?

I have a 2013 Skoda Laura Ambition version that came with the Bolero head unit and 8 speakers setup. Mine came with bluetooth and steering mounted controls. I'd like to upgrade to an aftermarket one primarily for:

Better sound quality
Navigation

I did read ajaypjayaraj's Yeti thread about the Dynavin option but the feedback seems mixed. Is that still the best choice for Skoda cars? What about units like Pioneer F70/F80 in terms of sound quality and compatibility?

Digging up an old thread. Were you able to get the replacement / upgrade?

Some pointers will be helpful as I also am thinking of the same.

Unfortunately, no. I'm still looking for something that integrates well with the OEM steering and has better sound quality than the OE.

I recently bought a 2009 Skoda laura L&K with audience HU. Unfortunately, the speakers are not giving any output, though the HU seems working (the display of HU is not working as well). So, I am trying to troubleshoot why it is not working and came to an initial inference that the amp is not responding. I don't want to splurge money on a new complete system as of now.

Please bear with me as I am still a novice when it comes to car audio. I am open to suggestions on how to get the unit back to working or in the worst-case scenario, how to replace or repair the amp or HU or both.

P.S: I also have an intuition that the speakers are not at fault as none of them are responding, and it is highly unlikely to get all of the speakers not working given that the previous owner maintained the car pretty well, but rarely used the audio system.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
