Time to open up it is! KB's wonderland will be up and kicking soon. This P80RS has given our poor KB so many sleepless nights. And now he'll be more sleepless as his thread will be open!

I am new to this forum...i just bought a xantro xing
Can anybody tell me what rear speakers can i fit in the provisions already provided in the rear?
I think I can only fit small speakers in those proviosns?
Are there any good speakers in the market which fit there?

I already have a Sony HU and front speakers which were provided by the dealer.

If I have to fit bigger speakers in the rear, I think I have to fit a wooden plank in the rear...is there any problems with that?
IS there any other place where the rear speakers can be fitted?

Please help me with your suggestions..please remember I want to have a decent audio system in my car,not a hi-fi one. And my budget for rear speakers is around 5000/-

Hi JPL,

Go for 4" Coaxials in the front and 5.25" Coaxials at the back (both of them in the stock locations)

Add a 4 channel amp and run the front 4" Speakers from the 2 channels and bridge the other two channels to drive a subwoofer 10" por 12" (SVC 4 Ohms ; DVC 2 ohms with coils wired in series).

Power the rear coaxials by the Head Unit.
