Cockroaches in my CD changer???

Hi guys,
Well about a month back, my CD changer stopped working. Whenever I tried to play the CD thru my deck, it wud never go to it. It just plays the cassette player and FM. First I thought that there must have been some connection problems. Opened up the changer, put it back and then it worked. Then all of a sudden it stops. Its so irritating.
Then just yesterday my bro opened up the CD-rack and was checking it when he seen a medium sized cockroach in one of the racks. We were thinkin of pullin the racks out, but then that wud have crushed him inside [not that it wud bother me]. The rack wud have got dirty. Also, there were other smaller cockroaches inside.

Now how do i get rid of them?? Can i spray somerepellant inside the changer???

V12, Its best that you get the cleaning job done by a professional. If there are any tit-bits (bones etc.), he will be better equipped to get them out after totally stripping the unit, than a job at home.

Also DONT spray anything inside the changer. If it gets to the lens, your changer is history!

The CD changer parts are delicate so please take care while cleaning and do not spray anything it might affect the parts inside the CD changer or CD s.
Find out how the indsects get in . Of there is any opening or small gaps on the panel , try to seal it with tape .
