Need inputs on Panasonic CQ-C7203U

Hi Folks,
One of my friend is offere to get my one Car Stereo, after extensive research and deals I saw the Panasonic one to be the best bet:

What I liked:

1. 5 V pre-amp
2. Free iPod adapter
3. Aptional blue tooth adapter

Above all the price, its right now selling at $180 wiht free shipping.

Now, I want to know if it sounds as good as the specs? Any feedback on Panasonic players, I do not have any exp with them.

Here is the link:
Panasonic MXE CQ-C7203U CD receiver with MP3/WMA playback at Crutchfield.com

Panasonic Model Details

Cheers!
Ram

For the 5V output and free iPod adapter, $180 sounds like real VFM. And it has got 2+1 pre-outs too. And an included RC. Not bad at all on paper.

Are you sure about the free iPod adapter, or is it just "iPod Ready"? If it is the second, you'll need to buy a separate set of iPod adapter/interface cables. I'm asking because I didn't find the free iPod adapter mentioned on either of the web pages. They have mentioned an "optional iPod adapter".

Hydra: I just checked, the offer was removed after thanks giving day but since I am already in discussion with them, they will extend the offer to me.

Panasonic is bringing in some nice offers lately.
Their Sound quality is not bad too. Haven't heard their latest HUs though.

But the feature packed HUs are pouring in from Panasonic.
Correctly said JK, PIO need to watch out. Their grey market prices are being matched by Panasonic's B&W prices. What more
would anybody need?

Speed: You got it mixed, my friend is bringing it for me. Blue told me no point in buying HU from US as it does not play FM. So i thought instead of buying HU will ask my friend to get a Kicker zx350.4 amp.

Current HU is damn good one...4 yr old Alpine TDM series cassette deck. The problem is it lacks pre-outs and no aux for iPod. So looking for the change. Most probably thsi unit will go into my future Jeep

many HUs have both US as well as EU FM settings. So check. Blue might be wrong.
