Bill & Warranty

What's the diff between HU's which come with B & W. Those which
come without - there seems to be a 25-30% price diff for the same
model?

Does the company sell the units cheaper to the dealer without warranty?
Or are these smuggled units or whatever?
Or are these fakes?

Is it safe to buy ones without B & W?

Few more things.
How can I add the player & speakers to my insurance cover? Can I add it immedietelly if I have a Bill or do I need to wait till the
next renewal(11 months away) to add the stereo to the insurance cover?

Also I was browsing in the shop & I noticed a brand of players called
Motorjoy - it said it was by Samsung. Any idea as to how good or bad
these are.

Does no one know the answer to this one?
I assume a lot of people added a music system to their car? So how &
when does one add it to the insurance cover? How much does the premium
increase by.

AFAIK, you can add it immediately to your existing policy. Call your agent. I think the premium goes up by a few hundred rupees.

Can you insure it if you buy it without B & W? If not, how come so
many buy without B & W. Considering stereo theft is so common,
don't people want to claim insurance when their stereo gets stolen?

I guess difference between official & grey prices is sometimes so big that people forego insurance. The problem is how to avoid fakes.

Has anyone claimed insurance on a stolen Head Unit? Is it problematic?
How is depreciation calulcated? And I assume the Rs.500 deductible holds.

When I bought a Pioneer last month(without B&W), it had the outer packaging, warranty card, user's manual etc. Infact, the original packing was intact !!!
