I spoke to the guy who installed my music system and the guy tells damping is not required.
The registration number plate was vibrating lot and was creating disturbance. That guy fixed 2 sided adhesive and now number plate is intact with the body and doesnot vibrate.

Thx guys for the wishes.
I will post pictures soon. Not getting enough time to take snaps.

@radek
Amp is located under front left seat. No need to remove the secret tray.
The tray is attached to the seat and amp sites below tray.
I will take snaps this saturday and will post them.

DJ: To avoid possible theft, mount your amp to the body with 2 screws. It works!

DJ bhai....body means car's metal body under the seat. May be you have to drill a hole or you can also use a slot that is used to fix the seat to the cars body.

good....installers here in Delhi just place the amp under the seat and thats all! Thats why I told you to get it mounted. It serves as a detterent to thieves.

Hey DJ Congrats for your ICE install, share some pics and prices as well.

Most installers in Delhi try and save as much time as possible while installing anything; Unless you know what you want they will take you for a ride.

Get the AMP mopunted either under the front seat or at the back of the rear seat; get it tight.

Blaupunkt GTA 4 special MK II 800W 4 channel AMP
JBL GTO 937 coaxials at the rear
JBL CS2104 comps in the front
Pioneer W125F 800W subwoofer

Amp is driving rear JBL speakers and Sub.
HU drives front speakers.
I am very happy with the configuration and setup done by Car shringar in Bangalore.
Blaupunkt HU comes with 2 year theft insurance and 1 year warranty.
Everything is covered under warranty.
I paid 26K for the entire setup.

The bass generated by sub is huge and sound clarity is great

What do gurus say about combination?
Shortly i will put some pics.
Can you please give a pricelist of the individual items mentioned in your opening message ?
To my knowledge, the Blaupunkt HU costs around 9K and the amplifier is around 6300....

How much did you pay for Blaupunkt GTA 4 special MK II 800W 4 channel AMP? Is it with B&W?
