Verna ICE

I have booked Verna CRDI ABS and delivery excepted on 3rd March .

Need suggestion for ICE .

Planning to do ICE in two phase, in first phase HU + Front and rear speaker +tweeter and second phase Amp and sub. I have budget of 15k for phase 1. Looking for JBL speaker and Pio HU. What difference it make if i go Component for rear rather than co-axial . Is co-axial are recommended for rear ? How about going for 3 -way speaker ?
I am looking for a HU which has aux –in to which play from my Iphone. Also suggest JBL dealer in Chennai
