The sub has a SVC.
The 904 must definitely make more than 150 rms in bridged mode right.
Since its a 2X150rms at 4 ohms, I am sure it should be able to handle the 150 watts requirement of the sub.
How do I measure if there is enough voltage from the sub pre-out. Would a multimeter help?

The manual says 220 watts x 2 (DIN45324) which I am not sure.

But the 904 is good enough for GT4-12

LoudSpeaker impedance cannot be measured with a multimeter, since Impedance is not the exact same as resistance (resistance can be measured with a multimeter).

*in a deep bass voice* Some things are random in nature and do not have a 'why'! So it is futile to ask why, LBM vats, no amount of contemplating your navel is going to get you an answer!!! Om, shanti, Om.

PS: Oh! Navin, I thought the b***h would be named "tweeter", and the progeny "mid-bass"
PPS: Perhaps "Cross-over" will be apt for a bull mastiff dressed as a poodle

Sorry baba. As anyone who is/has been married. She is the midrange. Pure vocals. Unstoppable. Forget about sound stage, it comes out from everywhere.

I stand corrected, Sam, that was very insightful!

@iraghava, 'blues' are either associated with Monday morning or Friday evening! I was in a 'red' mood, on the contrary (no, nothing to do with the bull mastiff or the poodle, my preferences are very conventional)!
