It will depend on number of subs and amp combination you are planning to go for !!

Like if you plan a single sub and to run through 600.1 then go for 2 x 4 ohms but if you plan to run two subs on the 600.1 then go for 1 x 4 ohms. As both the case will extract max from the amp at 2 ohms.
