pioneer steering mounted remote

guys can any one tell is a steering mounted remote is available for pioneer 5090 HU what might be the cost of it guys

about 1200 bucks. its universal. works on all pio HUs. check if it works on ur car first before paying for it.

I think that these Pioneer remotes are universal and work with every Pioneer HU. Shouldn't cost more than a grand.

recently a friend on mine got it for 900 bucks

i would say its nice thing to have but you still have to see the stereo to see the track name

yup, nitrous is right...

is universal - have it on my safari for a pio 5050 and it works a treat.

just that there needs to be clear line of sight between the remote and the hu, so for example if the gear lever is in front of the hu, need to change gears or use the controls on the faceplate.

once you get used to using the remote, it's almost like you not knowing how you did without it in the first place!!! cost me 1200 bucks.

Hi Zen, You might have got it till now, but just in case you haven't or for other prosective buyers-

The remote is universal. I was using it with a Pioneer Cassatte player in my Wagon R and now using the same piece with 3090UB in my Indigo. So it works fine for all Pioneer HU, from old cassatte players to latest CD/USB ones.

can anyone tell me the exact price of Pioneer Steering remote?

the dealer in my town is askin 1700 bucks for it whereas you people say 950 bucks!

also, any shop in delhi or chandigarh where i can get it at this price??
