Spark ICE help

Hey fellow BHPians!!

Last month i bought a black spark LT variant...

My current lite ICE setup is,...

Pioneer DEH 4050UB
Infinity 4 channel AMP a475
Infinity 9623i ovals for rear (100w rms)
vibe slick 40 4inch for front(50w rms)
Sony 222 2 channel amp for front
pioneer wx 301 bass reflex sub/w
power wiring & ground cable are monster separeted through scosche signal distribution block.

The sound is perfect to my liking with clarity in bass and vocals just as i like. However i feel need of better speakers up front as spark has only 4 inch provisions in the dash.

Could any one suggest a good pair of 4 inch coax?

Also i am looking for a HU upgrade soon as this one is put in from my old (sold ) 800. Which would be a good unit with nice display and preferably a motorized face panel....

suggestions welcome budgets no problem!!!!!!!!!!
but i don't wanna go for double DIN HU

Thanks...peace

If budget no problem, then look for Alpine 9887 (23-25k) or Eclipse 7200 MKII ($400 USD).

what is your budget for HU, front speakers?
You can try Illusion 4.1
Infinity makes 4" co-ax speakers too.

The JVC AVX44 is a good VFM DVD HU with lot of options and a good 3.5" display. Should be around 16K in grey.
If it absolute SQ you are looking at - Alpine 9887.
If you are open to some mods on the door, why don't you look at 6.5" components in the front door. Lot of options available.

the spark has not any space behind door panels, checked that already..6.5" comps will have to be fit with spacer rings!!!
Plus i dont trust pune mechs with such mods

Can any one find out and inform regarding availability of infinity 4022i coax in Mumbai or Bangalore...they're not available at the pune JBL distributor.

Also is it ok to amplify 4 inch coax speakers??

I doubt that,I dont think there is enough space for the cutting and installing 6.5"compo's in the door pad.

You will have to live with 4"CO-AX or you can look for 4"compo's, Amplification will make them decently loud. One of my friends had done it in his spark as well. Just make sure the co-ax/compo's can handle amplification.
