KMD is a legendary guy. You can catch him on those popular tech forums. I have ordered a couple of times from him. He is not cheap but he is very very reliable guy. I guess the premium you pay for his services is well deserved.

Yes in many cases it does.

Dollar at 50 and dollar at 60+ makes a difference.

Its better to have it hand picked.

No warranty makes a difference man

You can get most stuff here at the same price with warranty ( +- a small amount)
