Additional Horn & New GPS for Civic

Searched the thread...hence this Post.

Need advice on adding additional horn (or replace existing one) and a new GPS to Civic 1.8V.

Which is the best horn for Bangalore (pun intended )? Cost? Who can fix?
Pls suggest a good GPS (both city and rural)? Cost? Who can fix?

Thanks,

Raja

Stebel Nautilus and Hella Supertones (AKA Red Grills) are two loud horns and I own the former. If you plan to keep your existing horn, make sure you do not allow whoever is installing to cut the wires. You may have to loop three wires into the cabin to keep the original wiring intact. But this will also keep your warranty intact as many Honda dealers are very picky about such things.

Dunno about GPS.

I bought the Nautilus from Delhi through a fellow BHPian at an awesome price. I'll PM you the name.

EDIT : Well, I would, but you seem to have disabled Private Messages for some reason. Here's hoping I won't get another infraction for this : ankitahuja

One of them costs around 900-1200 in the open market depending on supply and demand.

I have replaced my stock horns with Hella Red Grills. I had an additional Stebel nautilus, but it died after a year of usage. I now replaced the Nautilus with Mico Windtone horns (similar to the Skoda horn). I just love it. Its loud yet pleasing. Cost - Red Grills around Rs 1000, Mico Windtone Rs 500. Add installation charges.

I don't use a GPS, but from reviews I understand Mapmyindia is a good option and quite popular. Another option is the Blaupunkt TravelPilot which also comes with Mapmyindia maps.
