pioneer 5750 mp3 head unit , pioneer ts 2150 or pioneer 6975 speakers .pioneer ts20 tweeters.

kick ass sound,no amp needed.just strech your budget a lil` more, around 15000(and yeah,u wont be needing any front speakers after this)

I agree with twister completely.Fixed that same configuration last month in a friends zen.It does certainly rock. The 5750 is costing around 7500rs in mumbai. Its good only if you are goin to fix up a woofer later.Otherwise settle for the 4750 which is around 6200rs.

Pioneer 5750

Pioneer 4750

Before you decide on any model that you wish to buy as a suggestion, look at kenwood models. You may decide on spending a little extra.

I can vouch for the Pioneer Stuff. I got 6990speakers in both the cars & 5650 & 4650(version older than 5750 & 4750). Sounds very good for something w/o an amplifier & woofer. Definitely worth it. Btw, I think the price for 6990 is little high...hunt around a little, you'll find a diff of abt 400-500 bucks. & yeah, go to Opera house.

Hey revtech,
Opt for a 4750,as 4650 is out of production. Also try out the 5-way Pioneer speakers.Forgot the model no.,but they are too good.As far as the fronts are concerned the Pioneer 1610 should be perfect.Try out Sainath motors at lamington road.

u know this is a actually a myth, all this is made in china or whatever nothing is fake. its only over the years that the plastic used by sony and pioneer and all the quality has gone down. its more delicate.

Hey Revtech, go for Pioneer 5750, its worth spending that extra bucks. 5750 has got multicolor display and all. It has also got direct sub drive[ You can confgure the HU to drive two tweeters(fron) and one sub ]. It is also iPod adaptor ready. For the rear speakers I do recommend blapaunkt ones, also get speakers having higher rating. Put two 10cms (3-way) pioneer or kenwood as the front speakers along with pioneer tweeters(with a capacitor in the circuit).

Are you fixing this in the stock tray? Better go for a stiffer one as the weight of the speakers can bend the tray after some time. Also make the connection to the rear speakers detachable so that u can detach the tray to make space for luggage.

Hope this will help you.

regards,
dmitri
