Can anybody here share the experiences with MTX, GZ (entry-level), Blaupunkt GT4MKII and Kenwood 8404 Amps here? Which would be the best among these to run components? SQ preferred than SQL/SPL.

Best would be the 8404 by miles. The MTX thunder with bill and warranty costs nearly 20k

Another very good option in terms of SQ is the bull audio 4 channel AMP. Costs nearly 10k With bill and warranty.

Not sure about pricing though.

Bull is not reputed?? LOL Maybe thats why its Engineered and QC'ed in Germany and you call a REPUTED company which is QCed in faridabad.

It runs out of stock even before it arrives at shelves!! Have you heard the product or the AMP??

1. Thats pretty debatable! Lets not get into this.. else the flame-war would start. Coming from a similar (no - NOT car audio), I understand the whole process very well.

2. Faridabad is NOT my native place dear. Did I ever use any place/any product or you're on your own to assuming stuff?

3. Yes, at a length and based on my own experiences, they're very very ordinary sounding. (no offences meant to you or any of the bull-audio owners). If someone finds it better than a Infinity or JBL, then indeed your magic worked. End of the day - they don't appeal to me. Period. No more fuss!

So if a brand is QC'd in Faridabad it is bad, is it? You don't seem to have much confidence in the Quality Control abilities of Indians. What a pity.

QC, if done away from any manufacturing unit, is rather pointless - one will not be able to change any process parameter to make the subsequent lot (not even batch) better. QC is done within the production cycle, not outside it. So if anyone says made in X and QC'd in Y, it is no more than a marketing gimmick.

BTW, perhaps you could care to mention which company that is?

Panky-bhai, let us not do unnecessary brand bashing. If reputation were to be the only criteria, Sony is the most reputed, yet ...
