Agreed. Can I run the VGA cables and Rev camera RCA cable along with the power line. Will there anything called Video interference like Audio?

Yes vdo can interference with audio...Try running the power and VDO together

Just a suggestion in case you have already not done this ; In case you are running more then one USB cable from back to front just use one cable and then use a powered USB hub in the the from which you can mount somewhere on dash.
For headrest mounted LCDs for 2nd row you can run the video cable in the middle below the seat rather then from sides.
