Hey Delta,

He's probably suggesting the JBL CS50.4. The price is 9500/- including taxes and a years warranty. Though it is an amazing amplifier for the price, i would caution you against using any subwoofer with it. If it's comps or powerful speakers, you will be amazed at the sound that little sh*t can pump out.
If you plan to go bassy later, i'd rather you splurge a little more and go in for a good GTO, like the 75.4.

Cheers

The GTO75.4 was 16500/- but has been lowered to 14,990/- very very recently. Insist on the new lower price.

Hi,
I have got Dual XDVD8265 installed in my optra 1.6, this is a DVD Multimedia receiver with touch screen. Though the sound quality is great, but i miss the tweeters..cause there are none installed in optra.
Wanted to check which speakers can I go for which can be fitted in doors and have tweeters. Also if i go for a sub woofer then which one to go for and would i need an Amp for the same?

Got Boston Comp for the front and moved by blau comp from my corsa to the rear of the Optra.

Wanted to get an amp and the dealer said that the sony amp wouldn't suffice as it doesn't have any cross over settings. He said the sony amp would be good for a co-axial speaker if it were there in the rear and would support a sub, but not advisable for a all comp speaker setup...is this true.

Also he suggested a JBL 4 channel amp for about 10k....
Good choice of components mate

JBL for 10k sounds good but do look at other options even if it is only for the sake of comparison. I know a couple of good installers in bangalore who can set you up with some decent kit at a decent price. PM me you're interested.
