funny sound in the speakers

i have a santro when ever i increase the speed of my car there in a humming sound in the speaker.the humming sound increases and decreases when i accelarate the car.any reason for this.my system is connected via amp to the speakers

First thing: check for earthing. One of my friend's Qualis had the same issue which was due earthing problem.
