looking at no specific SPL number & no budget in mind.

I just want the current setup to sound amazing because I feel their potentials are being underutilized.

vishy, i doubt there is the need for an SPL tuner. if you are not interested in competition and numbers, and if you feel your system is not playing to its potential, play around with the settings. experiment with stuff, and keep posting your results here.
you dont need any tuner, tune it yourself. I can help. We can meet and sort it out. im sure it can be achieved.

Get rid of the 2 passive's which you have and build a ported enclosure for your subs, you can easily hit some good decibles with what you have no specific tuner required for it,but for help we are always there

will experiment with this too ramie but I guess first help me with your tuning and lets try and improve what's in . By the way how much time and effort in terms of man days would be required to build a ported enclosure ??
