ICE for UVA (budget max 25k)

Recently I have taken a UVA LS. I am in the process of deciding ICE for this.

I am not an expert in audio systems, Please give your suggestions on the following including expected price with bill in hyderabad. i listen to OST(Hindi & telugu), pop and ocassionaly rap/rock.

[1] HU - features required, USB, bluetooth, (thinking of blau hamburg 57 @12,500)
[2] speakers-front - do i need amplifier for installing component speakers
[3] speakers-rear
[4] cables & damping - are they required ?
[5] Does installation matters even for a basic ice setup?
