Dissatisfied with my OEM Audio in Scorpio VLX

Friends,

I found the Nippon Two din player with 4 speakers which comes with VLX variant our Scorpio is simply has no clarity in audio.

Please advice me the list of improvements I can do. My requrements are:

1. Better Audio set
2. USB drive
3. Two din (preferably)
4. DVD not necessary
5. Speakers and Twitters
6. No special equipments like woofer that fills the third row/luggage space.

Questions:

Can I use the same Nippon with better speakers or can I keep the same speakers but replacing the Nippon?
I do not want to invest more than 30K on this.

Please advice.
