Illusion Audio - Made in INDIA ?

I stumbled upon Peerless (Products - PeerlessAudio.com) while searching for OEM speakers/raw speakers in INDIA. I read that Peerless India, based in Mumbai are the OEM manufacturers of Illusion Audio speakers and for few other brands too.

Are Illusion Audio speakers really made in INDIA?
