ICE Setup For Lancer.

Hi All,
Just got my hands on a pre-owned Lancer, The problem is the car came with a Kenwood cassette Player with kenwood speakers, The rear fills sound good but not to to my expectations. I need help from the Audio Gurus out here on finalizing on a setup.

My requirements,
HU (With USB/AUX, 3 preouts)
Rear Speakers (6X9's )
Components (Front Doors)
Amp (should support the woofer and all speakers)
Woofer (12 inch)
and if possible tweeters

I have a budget of 25K Max. This cost should include complete setup with installation. Please mention the model numbers as it would be easier for me to explain my installer.

Thanks in Advance.!

For 25k, you can consider the following configuration

HU ~ 5.5k (Kenwood 5539 is a good value-for-money unit)
4-Channel Amp ~ 5.5k (Blaupunkt MKII, JBL S644, Kenwood M845)
Front Components ~ 5.5k (Bull Audio, Illusion Electra, JBL)
Subwoofer ~ 2.5k (Blaupunkt Gtw 12)
Subwoofer Box ~ 1k
Amp Wiring kit + RCAs + Speaker wire ~ 2.5k
Damping ~ 1.5k
Installation ~ 1k

I'd suggest you retain the rear-fills from the previous setup. Otherwise go for Blaupunkt/JBL/Infinity 6*9 co-axials.
Try to audition a few setups in Mumbai and choose the equipment accordingly.

@ripper your budget seems tight considering the kind of equipment u want to include.

Skip damping and a sub initially. Instead concentrate on a good set of compos and a decently powerful amp.

Unless u want to rock thy neighbours, sub can be compromised initially. A good comps midbass like electra EL6.1 or the jbl gt5 can punch some serious bass.

Search the forum for my , razor4077's and other lancer ice setups for what to expect at what price points.

Happy iceing.

@leadfoot: Yes the budget is a bit too less when taking into consideration the equip. i need. Ill get the damping done later, all i want as of now is a decent setup especially a good head unit. Will check your setup and decide accordingly. Thanks!
