Warranty issue.

Hello,

I've picked up a VW Polo TDI and I intend to install a budget music system in a few days' time.

I would like to know if the warranty will be void if I get it fixed elsewhere? Or should I get it fixed at the VW showroom in Bangalore?

Please help me out!

Cheers

Not necessary. Warranty should be okay as long as you dont cut any wires and stuff.

The dealer / showroom will be costly for the system (HU/amp/speakers).
You can also try getting pally with the accessories guy at the VW showroom and strike a 'install' deal with him for labour charges.

Get your stuff from the outside market and have him fit it up for you, for a reasonable cost.
