4 years old Pioneer 6X9 coaxial rubber surround repair

Hey Guys!
A few days back, while the listening to music in the rear seat, I could hear a faint noise when bass notes were playing. I feared the worst.
I opened the hatch door, inspected the mounting of the parcel tray, played music, but, the noise was coming from the speakers. I opened the speaker grill and to my surprise found that the rubber surrounds have given away. I inspected the speakers from and could see that the surrounds have dislodged from the cone at one place. Plus, the surrounds are no more rubbery to touch but moreso like some very rough fabric.
Now, are Rubber Surrounds for such speakers available freely? How much would they cost?
Plus, for glue, I have Fevibond with me which is a ''Synthetic Rubber Based Adhesive'', is it fine?

There is no visible damage as such. Only the rubber surrounds have dislodged and are roasted like a ''papad''. The noise disappears when I gently press the area where the surround has dislodged.

Okay. I am not sure about the material. The model number is Pioneer TSA-6961E. What is the way out?

EDIT- It has Butyl Rubber Surrounds.
Google says so.

You can use Fevibond for the same it is a synthetic rubber based adhesive. It comes in a yellow and red color tube. Made by Pidilite Ind.

Yas, I do have it. I have mentioned in my first post. I find it very very useful.
But, the problem is, where do I get the Butyl Rubber Surrounds for my Pioneer 6X9" speakers?

Get it fixed by Bitoo Speaker Wala (oldest in west delhi).. Its on the shadipur depot road (left side) before the flyover when coming from patel nager side and going towards punjabi bagh.

That is too far. Anyway I could just source the surrounds through him, maybe you could help. I shall pay through LBMji.
