Discs not read properly in Blaupunkt London head unit

Hi,

I have a Fiat Palio MJD with a Blaupunkt 'London' head unit. Since the past couple of months, I've noticed that a lot of my CDs end up not being read and the unit shows me a CD ERROR message or it keeps trying to read the disc for a few minutes and then gives up.

Is that an indication of a faulty head unit or might it be because of dust on the lens? Which is a good lens cleaning kit on the market today and do you think it will solve my problem?

Lens. Take it to a Blaupunkt Service Center for a checkup/cleanup, instead of using a cleaning kit yourself.
