Schlumberger trucks used by ONGC in the oil fields of Andhra Pradesh, somewhere near same area as RIL's KG fields I think.

I think the red Kenworth might be some Halliburton equipment. What the other two trucks are is beyond me, the cab is very odd looking, the second cab over Schlumberger truck seems to sport some 1980's MAN or DAF cab ?

I think there may be more Ferraris in India than the total of these exotics .

Here are some up & close pics of KENWORTH TRUCKS. I had mistaken them for HIGH-END fire trucks but was corrected. It would be fun to know that they are same machines.

Thanks so much for the pics, it's such a pleasure to see these in India. I went through the search bar and its good to see there are more in India, especially a Peterbilt !!!

I suppose there are many more Of these foreigners in India. Too bad we don't have any ONGC/Cairn/RIL members onboard to shed insight.

Those are SLB truck, used in the oil fields by the Service com[anies, I work for Halliburton and SLB is our competitor. These trucks are Kenworth with caterpillar engines. Have seen and sat in much bigger than these

Good to see an industry insider onboard. Please share any pictures if you have any, especially of those that are 2 or 3 times bigger than these.

Also, what exactly are these trucks used for. The biggest are used for moving rigs and moving equipment, but what about the ones in the picture ?

Lastly, what dictates if the largest type of truck is needed ? Such as these
