This is a 855,000 Euro mobile home by Volkner Mobile Performance. It has enough space in between the front and the rear axel to carry a Mercedes SLK, BMW Z4 or Porsche Boxster on board!

the 10.9 m long, 2.5 m wide and 3.7 m high mobile home is based on the Volvo B12 B bus chasis and powered by a 420 bhp diesel engine in rear

Shoot! That's like Rs.7Cr+. Entire R&D budgets of car companies in India do not cross that figure. DC would have done a much better job at a third of that price. Some customizer went laughing all the way to the bank.

That said. The pics in this thread are awesome. Very smart Interior design work under constraints. Both money and space well spent.

Someday I'd like to take 4 years off and do a world trip in one of these. I'll stow a little car for those trips to the local bazaar instead of the SLK.

Looking at the interior, I was thinking how manged to get so much width to accomodate bed, sofas with enough walking space, then I realised the Bus has extended width in some sections. Possibly, they are collapsible so that bus has a normal width when being driven on normal roads.

I think there is another motor home like this build by a german company, It was shown in top gear. The car was a Aston IIRC, both car and bus were in silver color and that thing had much much better attention to detail in the interiors.
