Double nut is there just to measure the spot where to dill holes on bumper. I have mounted the bolt quite differently on the cross member. will post images next time.

I will tell you a bit of reality. That flimsy cross member will not save your intercooler or condenser. Company can make it with strong steel, but they wont, maybe they have their own reasons.
I have a good mind next time to make my own cross member.
