Can Cruise Control be retrofitted given X1 Expedition is the most basic variant? If yes, what would be the cost?

Also would steering wheel need to be changed or can just retrofit CC module?

You just need to get a set of buttons with cruise control, and do the required coding. Nothing else needs to be changed.
