Hello everyone. I am coming back with another big modification, especially of interest to Ford owners. Some people might have booked this thinking that they would receive this model. But unfortunately, it didn't happen as Ford shut down its operations in India. They completely scrapped every single part.
Here, I am going to show in detail the unlaunched Ford EcoSport >2021, which is a completely production-ready design and its parts.
People already might have seen this model when it was tested on the roads or via spy shots or maybe in some vehicle yards. But later, Ford announced its exit. This model also had to be scrapped. Yes, all the parts from this car had been declared scrap and given to scrap dealers.

As I used to get Ford genuine parts through some dealers, I got a chance to get the various parts from the unlaunched version of EcoSport. So I decided to try to install them on the last available model as it's compatible with these parts.
Below is a list of parts required for the conversion:
1. Front bumper full
2. Faux skid plate
3. lower air deflector
4. bumper holder
5. Air intake frame
6. fog lamp frame
7. Radiator main grille
8. DRL indicator cluster
9. Fog lamp (round one)
11. Tail light
12. Some screws
The tail light, in particular, was a completely scrapped unit. But I somehow turned it into a working unit. I had to change the glass cover as well, but I made it look like a direct fit and a fully working unit.
I have procured all the necessary parts mentioned above and installed them on my own as basically, I'm a complete DIY person. I love to do R&D:

That's a fantastic job indeed. You have clearly put in a lot of effort in your project. Recreating the car from just some spy pictures is no mean feat.
That grille is just so imposing! Had this car been put on sale, it would be the best-looking facelift for the EcoSport. The rear light look nice too. The DRLs though are a bit over the top.
Still, full marks to your conversion job!
Wow, an amazing modification it also helps the fact that you did it on your own ratger than with the help of a mechanic. Doing it on your own just gives us satisfaction which is unexplainable. A lovely factory finish like vehicle it is amazing.
Brilliant work, mate. Your Ecosport looks absolutely gorgeous and is sure to get lots of attention.

The Ford fan base in India is so high. I’m sure we have many more fans of the Ecosport. Being an Endeavour owner myself, I feel nice to see the passion among fellow Ford owners. Keep up the passion and keep sharing. It makes a good read.
You have truly achieved what Ford couldn't - A Ford update that too without some sort of feature deletion, oh sorry rationalization, is unheard of :D

Yes i did but Ecosport never goes with full digital cluster not even international versions this is my own study about the compatibility.

Great efforts and your car will be unique in India. Not an easy task for any car lover to go to this extent.
Don't take it in a wrong way - your car looks like a four eyed monster in the only front lights picture
Hats off to your efforts. I can only imagine the struggle to convert a pic into realistic components. Kudos.

Great effort buddy. Ford should contact you asap for their relaunch in India. The digital cluster looks dope.
