The Enyaq Coupé has a length of 4653 mm, a width of 1879 mm, a height of 1622 mm, with a wheelbase of 2770 millimeters.

It still consists of a small 5.3" digital instrument cluster, a thirteen-inch multimedia system screen and an optional augmented reality head-up display.

Hoping that Skoda skips Coupe version and bring only standard variant later this year. European are the only brands which are lagging behind in our market where are the indian manufacturer are raring to go ahead. Hope that tomorrow budget throws enough incentives to these manufacturer to fast track their EV plans.

As per media reports, Zac Hollis confirmed bringing the Enyaq electric via the CBU route early 2023 in India. It seems they want to test the Indian market whether it’s ready for electric vehicles. In my opinion the market has already accepted EVs with related infrastructure available in most places. Add to that, Indian government wants these to be built here and provides incentives also for the same. It’s only the scarcity of options(under 40 lakh) that is preventing the EV market to show its potential. Unless manufacturers launch products, how do they test the market? TML has done a great job in this regard and it already shows in the sales. However if there is no competition then there is no need for TML to innovate and expand their EV portfolio. This is bad for us consumers as we’ll never be able to see competent products in the EV space.

ŠKODA ENYAQ COUPÉ iV, customers can choose from two battery sizes and four power levels. In addition to the aforementioned RS version with its 82 kWh battery (77 kWh usable capacity, all-wheel drive as standard and 220 kW of power, the ENYAQ COUPÉ iV 80x is also available with this battery and all-wheel drive configuration. This variant has an output of 195 kW and 425 Nm of torque. In addition, the ENYAQ COUPÉ iV 80 is available with rear-wheel drive and a power output of 150 kW. This variant offers a maximum range of up to 545 kilometres (WLTP) thanks to its combination of more economical single-axle drive and large battery. In most markets, the basic variant is the ENYAQ COUPÉ iV 60 with a 62 kWh battery (58 kWh usable), 132 kW electric motor and rear-wheel drive.

The maximum charging performance for the ŠKODA ENYAQ COUPÉ iV is 135 kW. As a result, the 82 kWh battery can be charged from 10% to 80% capacity in just 29 minutes during fast charging. At home, the ŠKODA iV Charger wallbox, which delivers up to 11 kW of AC power, can fully charge the car in six to eight hours, depending on the size of the battery. Similar times can be expected using conventional public chargers. The ENYAQ COUPÉ iV is equipped with a Mennekes charging cable as standard, and a charger compatible with all common charging sockets is available on request for charging from a 230 V domestic socket with a power output of 2.3 kW. ŠKODA also supplies a universal iV charger with interchangeable connectors. In combination with the CEE adapter, this enables charging on more powerful sockets up to 11 kW.

Skoda will test market the Enyaq sometime in 2023.

Skoda’s electric vehicles, the carmaker is expected to bring the Enyaq iV SUV to India sometime next year via the CKD (completely knocked down) route.

ENYAQ RS iV debuts, high performance in a practical package.

A second all-electric car has been added to ŠKODA’s RS sporting family. This is the ENYAQ RS iV, which follows up the ENYAQ COUPÉ RS iV that was launched some time ago. The new ENYAQ RS iV delivers similar performance and features to the COUPÉ, but also enjoys the benefits that come from a more practical SUV body.

The ENYAQ RS iV is powered by the same pair of electric motors as the COUPÉ version. This setup gives the car all-wheel drive and an output of up to 220 kW, enabling the ENYAQ RS iV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds. The top speed is 180 km/h, 20 km/h more than the other models in the range. Drivers will enjoy the massive torque of 460 Nm from virtually zero revs. This makes for a great dynamic driving experience.

As with the ENYAQ COUPÉ RS iV, the thrilling driving experience does not compromise the ENYAQ RS iV’s practicality. This is further enhanced by the conventionally shaped SUV body, which features a boot capacity of 585 litres, 15 litres more than the coupé. With the rear seats folded down, the ENYAQ RS iV offers a load capacity of up to 1,710 litres.

The ENYAQ RS iV’s battery can be charged from 10 to 80% in 36 minutes thanks to a maximum charging power of 135 kW. The Plug & Charge function is a new feature that allows charging to start automatically on supported chargers without the need for activation via an app or authorisation card. ENYAQ RS iV owners can continue to enjoy all the benefits of POWERPASS with more than 350,000 charging points across Europe. ŠKODA AUTO also offers customers other solutions, such as the installation of home wall boxes.
