There was a small test drive associated at the frankfurt show 2009, on youtube.

Posting the link for the same. It is the same car which is there in the scoop pic.

Was just browsing through REVA site and was like after seeing the approximate prices.

Reva Nxg - 22999 (€) = 14,40,067.99 INR

Reva Nxr City - 9995 (€) = 6,25,788.93 INR

Reva Nxr Inter City - 14995 (€) = 9,38,871.55 INR

yeah - the price looks steep.
Considering an equivalent - say an Alto or spark (for size), the price difference of 3lakhs works out to 1.25 lakh kilometers worth of run-in for cost break even.
Wouldnt be worth

That car is an eyesore!

The regular Reva wasnt a looker and look what they have come out to upgrade it with.

We are doomed!

More Photos of the new Reva NXG

Spotted this car in Electronics City Bangalore close to my office. I expected the car to be bigger when I had looked at the pictures. But the car is quite small and it was an LHD! I expected Euro spec cars to be much better :P

Looks like the toy-version of a Santro with the head-lamps gone wrong! :P

If you notice closely, there is a marked difference in styling, that too in the sheet metal, on the test car from the green show car.The production version might end up looking really sober.Sad.

Bigger headlamps, the dip in the rear window seem to be missing on the prototype. Also the lines on the bonnet are different.

I saw a similar lemon-green NXR (could be the same) near Carmelaram level crossing on Sarjapur road yesterday morning. It was going towards Sarjapur and I was in the opposite direction, so I could not take any photos. It was occupied by a single guy.

Looks like they have several versions of the new Reva. I'm surprised to see that they have retained the show car's styling, especially the glass for the rear pasengers. Rear looks too heavy though. Looks bigger than the current Reva atleast. The brown coloured version looks subtle compared to the lime green one.

The brown one looks sad version of TOY car from that "CENTY" toy car manufacturer. Even if duplicating Centy uses better lines.

Atleast the yellow reva have stuck to the design used in the concept. You can make out bigger headlamps on that one unlike the brown one.
