The last one, I made using Photoshop. |
I will never be able to understand the feeling. And I hope it stays that way for everyone here.
Adopt another puppy. Trust me, it works wonders to heal you. Go to CUPA and do it!
Can someone give me phone numbers of people who rescue dogs?
I see a Lab cute dog not being handled nicely by my house owner. They stay in 3rd floor, but keep this dog chained in the ground floor without food and sufficient water. This dog is so adorable and obedient. They keep him chained at a place where there is no proper shed, and the sun rays come direct to him in this heat. Yesterday I was annoyed to see, they had tied this dog in such a place that he was getting drenched in the cold rain, it even stoned for a while. This cute dog was helpless untill I went to the owner and informed them to keep him at a safe place. They came down with a stick and took him to another place and chained him again. It was really cold..!
I wish I could keep this dog, but they claim they love him and also I have 2 GSD already. Anyone interested to adopt this dog, I won't mind stealing/rescuing this dog for him.
Do not steal the dog and get into trouble yourself.
Contact the local SPCA or similar organization. These animal welfare group can be very helpful. I understand how you feel. Cruelty to animals especially dogs makes my blood boil.

Ranjan,
I am game for it.My fiancee and myself were indeed looking out to get a pet.I would love to give a better home to the lab.And I am ready to pay also in case it helps to get the poor lab rescued from them.
Moreover I stay in Bangalore itself and so I guess it would make it easier.:D
If possible please PM me your number.
Hey just steal the dog and do it a favor and hand over to alter_ego...let me know if you need help with the stealing bit.
Cupa's got enough problems to deal with, if we can solve this within our network, why call them?
Lying for a good cause is not a sin.

Thanks Red_liner.Even I feel the same.Ranjan let me know if you require any assistance .I promise the lab will get more love and affection than I get at my place as my fiancee is crazy about dogs. And so am I.
Only thing I would like to point here is don't get into trouble with your neighbours/owners over this.
That's great guys. Hey sorry forgot to add 1 thing, these guys haven't fed this dog properly, so he kind of does not look like a pure breed lab, has become skinny, but anyways, I don't think it would matter? your love and care will be enough for him.
Cupa came to my mind, but again.. this Dog is such a lovely dog, Cupa is not the place for him. I will do a demo tonight :D and let you know, even I don't want to get into trouble since these guys are my owner and kind of Bossy. Anyways, Will also click some pics of the dog and post it here.
Am game for stealing it, No payment required dude... Come on, am a dog lover.

Maybe you were stoned at the time of writing it. :D.
sadly there are many people like your house owner, who do not know how to take care of dogs. They will just chain the dog for ever and feed him and think they are doing a lot for the dog. Such people should not own dogs.

Don't worry Shankar. Ranjan and myself have discussed the entire plan now.
The lab will be in good hands by this weekend:thumbs up
Somehow this flicking of the lab does not sound right. Someone in that house might be really loving that pet. Try and work it out with them instead of carrying it away.
Its terrible to see your pet gone.

True, this thought never came in my mind.
Indeed terrible...
My hello to all Bhpians.
I am also a dog lover. At present i have two Labradors
One Black and one creamish in color.
The black one is lara she is 4 years old and the cream one is victor he is 2 and a half years of age.
We have had dogs sine time i cant remember.I have been told that my Great Grand father had dogs,I know that my Grand father had dogs and yes Me and my dad we both have dogs.So i think the love for these loyal,loving,caring,....(you really cant describe them)... brothers and sisters of mine is in our blood.
And yes my sympathies to all those who have lost their dogs.I have lost many too and yes i know how it feels to part away from someone with whom who used to sleep in your bed at nights when there was a thunder storm outside. With someone you were ready to fight with your parents to keep them in your room. With someone who used to make you delighted with their sparkling eyes and wagging tales when you felt despondent and lonely.Yes even i share this common pain with you all.
But here is something i would like to tell you all i dont know if you would believe in this or not but an old person had once told me that after dogs die then in their next birth they take birth as humans. And this is what i pray for all my dogs whom i have lost.
May they once again come into my life.:)
