I need clarification on these pl.
(1) Is Xda mini s comes with 128MB memory card or we have to buy it?( mine does not have it)
(2) Specs. says 64MB Ram and 128MB Rom, that means max. we can put only 128MB or more? If we can put more than 128MB then why the specs. says only 128MB.
(3) If I increase the ROM size to 256 or 512 How about the processor speed? Will it come down?

1) XDA II mini comes with 256mb card... Mini S ideally should but, can't be sure.
2) ROM means.. the read only memory... its the built in windows files... its size doesn't really matter now.
RAM is normally shared between storage and RAM.. so actually you'll have less than 32mb of both.
3) No you can't increase the ROM size.... ..

You'll need to buy at least a 256mb SD card.... otherwise the XDA is not of much use!... rather get a 512+mb... card
