CES - Samsung's Smart Window - YouTube

A huge, transparent, one-way mirror touchscreen and it’s going into mass production in just a few months. We are living in the future. And while you may not want to actually shell out for one, it’s a least a great piece of tech to lust after.
Imagine the applications. This could also be a replacement for vehicle windshields.have google maps side-by-side as you drive

Not a minute too late.. been waiting for these to come for yeeaars, after all they arrived in Hollywood so long ago!

Never the less,

to Samsung for being the first...

If they make a phone out of this material, I'll be the first to pick one up.

This technology has great potential for using in cars. Critical information display can appear right on the windscreen so that driver doesn't have to take off the eyes from the road. (I know something like thing is already tried i some cars but this seems more closer to mas usage)

Its something like Living in the future

One could fix this in window and has more free space as you would not need:-
a Computer Monitor, Television, Mirror, digital photoframe, calendar and lots more

so this would be smart and environmental friendly too

Brilliant! That some neat technology there. Samsung is really pushing the tech envelope will great vigour.

And this means surfing the net or watching football on your bedroom wardrobe door is not so far of. And I like the idea of making the window show a sunset, the backwaters or the Himalayas with a swipe. The opportunities are limitless.

That is almost sci-fi stuff. And it is going into production in a couple of months.

Samsung has really turned the heat on the technology part. These Koreans are doing a great job.
