S700i: The best camera phone <15k ??

About one and a half year ago, Sony Ericsson S700i used to cost about 28k in India. I think the prices have fallen down now to about 15k (someone please confirm it).
The best thing that i like about this phone is the camera quality. See it yourself:

i would say the k750i with a 2mp autofocus is the best bargain in the <15K category....

k750i is now available for 14k in delhi

dunno if s700i is still available, but it is almost like a digicam with an optical zoom and a real flash - though its 1.3Megs only ..

Does k750i have optical zoom ? Digital zoom doesnt really matter.. one can do it even with photoshop or any simple image manipulation tool.

Nokia 6681 is availible for around 14k. Also 1.3 MP and decent picture quality.

I think you'd be better off with the K750i or the W550i which may cost you 12,750/- and 12,250/- respectively.

look at s88 from benq-siemens. It produces mucb better images than k750i and is going to be in the same price segment.

stereo speakers and oled display are just some of the other major strengths of this phone.

The K750 rocks if you want a great allround phone. I dont think the autofocus works that well though.

Ive also heard of some software issues in the S700.

Think none of u got ur hands on the Nokia 6630. An awesome phone with a 1.3MP camera, and the best part is...it has got an integrated light sensor which is a highly advanced technology used in very very few stuffs all over the world. Wot the sensor does is it virtually acts as a flash and does almost 30% of the job of a flash.
Nokia used to promote this phone as Nokia's most powerful imaging device before the advent of the N series and other 2MP camera phones.
