Hey TBites

I just picked up a Nokia 6230 yesterday and boy am I hooked to it. Its got Bluetooth, GPRS, WAP, so that means i can go onto any network. A 32 Mb card, a camera for still and motion with night mode with 4 minute capture using phone memory, 65356 colour display, radio, music space, media player.

What is also really good with this phone is its battery life and stupendously good memory space. What I don't like is Nokia's deterioratingly poor build quality that borders on the side of the flimsy. But overall as a mixture of business cum entertainment phone, it is i guess the base for all new upcoming phones.

What's even more tempting is the price. At Rs. 16,500 with a two year warranty, insurance and bill it is a very good VFM proposition.

Hey guys,
me using a 6230 also.
Dad has a 6230i - 16500 bucks.
The phone is awesome and the picture quality too is just amazing.
Revv,
Get a 2 GB NCP MMC.
It will slow the phone down but youy will have space for nearly 400 songs (who needs an iPOD? ).
BTW try and upgrade to a 6230i keypad as it is simpler to use.
But the Build quality is def. flimsy but i guess that is only limited to a few Nokia phones.

the 2 GB card it makes the phone really slow. Any other card that offers more memory but keep the speed.

and yes teh 6230i has a nicer keypad.

BTW aren't these phones kinda old. i forget when i got mine but it was many months ago.

even i'm currently using the 6230, got sick of the quickly draining out battery of the k700i and needed something just like the 6230.
