Which CRT monitor

Guys, I need your advice.

I need a 17/19 inch CRT monitor. My primary concern is that it should have the least possible glare. I understand that TFT is better in terms of anti-glare, but my requirement is a CRT only.

Which brand/model, and also, does it make sense to go for 19 inch?

IMO , u should buy samsung syncmaster 1100mb ( 21") or 997mb (19") crt monitor, both has dot pitch 0.20 mm and support resolution of 1600 * 1200 @ 102 ( only 21") refersh rate, i make ur thing lighter if ur primary concern is high resolution e.g for gaming, graphics work etc.etc.then go for 21" monitor and if u want for general usage then go for 17".... or 19"
PRICES ARE :->
17" syncmaster 793mb :-> rs 4500 approx.
19" syncmaster 997mb :-> rs 12-14,000 approx.
21" syncmaster 1100mb :-> rs 28,000 approx.
samsung , sony and benq are currently best in business

Hmm dude. Chip india carried a recent review and the results are as follows

15"- Philips 105G7, Price- 4500/-
17"- Philips 107C6, Price- 7000/-
19"- Viewsonic p97f+ SB, Price- 18,600/-

I really dont think u'd need a 19" unless ur into heavy graphic work, or would want to watch movies from far.

Gaming really cant be done on a 19"er on its optimal resolution unless you have a #$&#$ of a graphic card.

Well I have a Viewsonic 21PS that I picked up for 1500, and it's pretty good, as of now. Thumbs up to this brand, and I suppose smaller sizes will be equally good.

Samsung and LG will be pretty good. Although the Samsung monitors have a lot of glare.
Check out Philips too. I'm their big fan.
